From Jan of this year, some smartphone maker announced their rollable smartphone concept model(Oppo, LG, TCL)
Oppo and LG will Use BOE's flexible panel, TCL will Use CSOT(which is TCL's sub company) flexible panel.
According to smartphone industry related people, rollable smartphone is way easier to make than foldable smartphone.... But the sad point is...I heard that LG Electronics is withdrawing from its smartphone business (or selling it to another company). So maybe Oppo or TCL will be the first rollable smartphone maker in the world.
